Thomas Nelson, the lead appraiser with Canyon Appraisal has more than 26 years of appraisal experience. He has seen every type of market. Whether values are increasing, stable, declining, he has experienced it all.

Tom has also worked in appraisal management for a large bank (and Savings & Loan) and supervised several appraisers and managers. In addition, he was a liaison between appraisal and origination and was the Quality Control Coordinator for appraisal operations. He understands tha needs of lenders to have accurate and timely appraisals.
